When I stayed at Jetwing, I was impressed by the luxurious rooms with high ceilings, impeccable cleanliness, and sustainable amenities that reduce plastic waste. The butler service added a pampering touch. However, the rooms were not ready upon arrival. The service was exceptional, especially with support for personal arrangements and a fun traditional party for guests. The location on a small hill overlooking the ocean was stunning, with a bonfire ambiance and exceptional hospitality. The dining experience was a culinary delight, but missing some options like muesli. The facilities were top-notch with everything you might need available.

The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms that are very much 5-star quality. Although the building is a big complex and lacks charm, the rooms are great and very clean. The service provided by the staff working near the big pool is good-natured and friendly, making the atmosphere warm and hospitable. The location, overlooking the Indian Ocean at Sri Lanka's southern tip, is exceptional, with easy access to a small beach with great shells. On the downside, the dining experience, while first-class and delicious, may have limited seasonal products. The facilities, including 2 large swimming pools and gardens running down to the sea, augment the overall experience.

The hotel gave us a unique and awesome experience with comfortable rooms offering beautiful little touches like fresh fruit and a relaxing bathtub. The location is fabulous overlooking the sea, but a couple of kilometers from the city center. The dining options were in high demand, especially at the beautifully set Cardamon restaurant at Jetwing Lighthouse, Galle. The facilities overall were top-notch, providing a great experience.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a nice bathtub for relaxation, plus a lovely view from the balcony with a jacuzzi. The big, comfortable bed made my brother-in-law very happy. However, the dining experience offered plentiful and diverse options, but some meals were not up to par. The service was excellent, always ready to help with anything and offering a high level of hospitality.
